Return & Cancellation Policy – GVape.de

Please read our returns policy carefully before contacting us for returns, refunds or exchanges.

1. return and exchange period

• Please check your order carefully within 3 days of receipt.

• Returns and exchanges are only possible within 3 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges after this period.

2. cancellation and change of address

• Please check your delivery address before finalising your order.

• Changes or cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact: info@gvape.de

3. return conditions

• Returns will only be accepted for faulty products.

• Normal, opened or used items cannot be returned.

• A restocking fee of 50 % will be charged for unauthorised returns.

• For hygienic reasons, the following items are excluded from exchange/return:

  • E-liquids, mouthpieces, coils, tanks, vaporisers, batteries and accessories.

• Products with physical damage, water damage or tampering will not be refunded.

4. return process

• Please contact us by e-mail before returning: info@gvape.de

• Please provide the following information when returning the product:

  • Full name

  • Order number and date

  • Product details (brand, model, colour)

  • Reason for return

  • Photo/video evidence of the defect

• Pack the goods carefully to avoid transport damage.

5 Refunds and exchanges

• After checking the return, you will receive feedback by e-mail.

• Refunds will be made within 3-7 working days to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs will not be refunded.

• Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. undeliverable consignments

• In case of wrong address or refusal of acceptance we will charge 30 % for refund.

• Vapeu accepts no liability for improper use of batteries or e-liquids.
