We at GVape endeavour to deliver your order as quickly, reliably and transparently as possible. Below you will find all relevant information on shipping, delivery and customs.

1. dispatch time & processing

  • Orders will be within 1-5 working days (Monday to Friday) after receipt of payment.

  • Weekends and public holidays do not count towards the processing time.

2. expected delivery time

  • After dispatch, the Estimated delivery time 10-15 working days.

  • The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and logistics service provider.

3. shipping confirmation & shipment tracking

  • After dispatch you will receive an e-mail with your Tracking number.

  • Please note: The consignment tracking is usually within 3-7 days active after dispatch.

4. changes & cancellations

  • Before dispatchChanges to the delivery address or cancellations are possible – Please contact us as soon as possible.

5. customs & DDP shipping (Delivery Duty Paid)

For certain countries we offer DDP dispatch (Customs & taxes included in the price). You must not or worry about additional fees or customs clearance:
